Hail and well met!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my portfolio site. You probably just finished watching the video, so you should already have a great idea of what I am willing to bring to the position of Graphic Designer for Overwatch. Your time is important, so this dedicated page is going straight to the point on why I am really interested in working for Blizzard and what I offer as a graphic designer.

First, a little bit about me: I am a Rocky Mountain native, and l love video games, drawing, anime, hiking, camping, photography, and a good cup of coffee. I want to emphasize that I am willing to relocate immediately. Once the pandemic subsides, I look forward to being a part of an onsite working environment that engages in strong teamwork.

I am Prepared!

I am a recent graduate of the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. Completing my degree has been a fantastic experience, ending with a 4.0 GPA.  I also have over three years of graphic design experience working for a premier entertainment brand in Colorado called The Summit. This includes creating dynamic content for video, animated graphics, and web graphics. You will also find that I am very experienced in creating designs and graphics that integrate into printed and digital mediums.

Please check out my portfolio as it demonstrates my ability with the software and hardware skills that you seek. While I look forward to learning more about what projects I can work on, I do understand this position is emphasized toward motion graphics that will support Overwatch’s overall marketing outreach.

A Passion for Overwatch

While I am applying for this position primarily considering on my skills as a graphic designer, I also share an incredible passion for Overwatch. Now I don’t say that just as a fan, but as a proactive member of the community who already works to make the Overwatch more enjoyable for everyone. I do this as one of the Blizzard Forum MVPs and through creating unique video content that supports the game. You will also find that I am very familiar with the Overwatch League and have been doing what I can to support the increasingly popular esport.

Visiting BlizzCon in 2019. This was the second time attending BlizzCon live.
Visiting the Blizzard Arena to watch a week long series of Overwatch League matches in Spring 2019.
Visiting the Team 4 Studio at Blizzard Entertainment in February 2018. (Bill Warnecke and Adam Wosniak insisted I wear the Genji shades.)
